Premier consists of Invoicing, Sales, Purchases, Nominal & Cash, VAT (includes Cash Accounting VAT), Stock, Stock Parts Explosion, Sales Order Processing, Purchase Order Processing, Job Tracking & Costing, Point Of Sale (EPOS), Barcode Labelling, Product Tracking/Sales History and Macros.

The system is available in English, German, Dutch, Russian and various African languages. It will shortly be available in Hungarian, Spanish and Latvian languages.

Updates to newer versions may be purchased whenever required OR Software Update Maintenance (SUM) or Total Cover (TC) may be purchased each year. Registered SUM and TC users obtain applicable updates during that year free of charge, except for carriage costs if outside of the UK.

Note: If SUM or TC are not purchased within 3 months of the initial full licence purchase or if they are allowed to lapse, in certain circumstances they may be backdated with an additional administration fee of £150.00.

When changing from another computer accounting system and purchasing a minimum of sections APMS01..APMS06, an allowance of £50.00 is offered. To obtain this allowance, your existing original manuals and disks should to be sent to S&S when placing your order.

If purchasing any of our products for use in such as a Bureau or Accountancy Practice in order to enter client's accounts data at the office of the Practice, the relevant number of systems need to be purchased.

If a client of the Practice then wishes to use the Astra system or data file themselves, they must naturally purchase a licence for their own company in order to prevent a breach of copyright.

Although the products offered have been developed with great care, no liability is assumed for any error, loss or damage (direct or consequential) caused by their use. Before ordering please ensure that the system or sections are suitable for your company as refunds cannot be given. To help you in deciding the suitability of a system for your company, a 3 month licence evaluation scheme is available. Please use this scheme as we want you to be a happy client. Only the program media is guaranteed for 12 months and no expressed or implied warranties are offered. No agent or dealer is authorised to amend this nor make any promises on our behalf. The price for our software is for a user licence only. The software and documentation are fully copyrighted and belong to S&S. The licence is for use by the registered user on one computer (or one local network if multi-user) at the registered site. The software cannot be copied, except for security backups, nor can this licence be transferred to a third party.

Because of total integration, single and multi-user sections cannot be mixed and telephone support, upgrades & Software Update Maintenance have to be applied to all licensed sections. When travelling to site, all travelling, subsistence and accommodation expenses are chargeable. When training on site up to 20 people may attend - the client is to supply the necessary computer equipment.

TOTAL COVER (TC): may be purchased each year. Registered TC users can use our on-line Support Centre to answer any AstrA-related queries that they cannot resolve by looking in the supplied manuals AND can obtain applicable updates during that year FREE OF CHARGE. Please note that if TC is not purchased within 3 months of the initial full license purchase or if it is allowed to lapse, in certain circumstances it may be backdated with an additional administration fee of £150.00.

ORDERING & PAYMENT: Prices are ex-works in Pounds Sterling and are plus delivery and VAT as applicable. S&S reserve the right to change prices or specifications without prior notice in line with their policy of continuous development.
